Fluidline’s tubing literature lists 904L, duplex SAF 2205 and Monel options on request. These are specialist enquiries, rather than a promise of standard stock. Provide the exact grade or UNS designation so the quotation identifies the intended material.
Material selection should consider the process medium, concentration, temperature and external environment together. A different alloy name alone does not establish suitability for the complete tube-and-fitting assembly.
Build a special-alloy specification
- Exact alloy designation and applicable product standard.
- Seamless construction, outside diameter, wall thickness and tolerances.
- Straight or coiled form, required lengths and total quantity.
- Operating medium, pressure, temperature and connection system.
- Inspection certificate, heat traceability, testing and delivery requirements.
Documentation and availability
Fluidline will confirm availability, lead time and documentation against the requested alloy and size. General stainless steel pressure tables do not establish ratings for every special alloy.
