Uni-Lok twin ferrule tube fittings
For instrumentation and process tubing, Fluidline supplies Uni-Lok twin ferrule fittings. Specify actual tube OD, material and connection arrangement, and verify tube hardness and wall requirements against the selected fitting system.
DIN 2353 / ISO 8434-1 hydraulic fittings
For cutting-ring hydraulic tube connections, use the Fluidline DIN fitting resource to identify straight unions, elbows, tees, connectors and spare components. Match tube OD, series, material and port connection; twin ferrule and DIN cutting-ring systems are different connection designs.
Tube clamps, saddles and supports
Supports help control movement and route loading. Select the clamp for tube or jacket OD, material, operating environment and the required mounting arrangement. Support spacing depends on the installation; avoid using a single spacing rule for every tube run.
Bending, cutting and preparation
Match the tool to the tube size, grade and wall thickness. A smooth, controlled bend can reduce the number of intermediate fittings, but its radius and condition must suit the design. Keep cutting and deburring equipment in good condition.

Ultra-high-pressure tubing and coned-and-threaded connections are a separate selection exercise. Use the matched tubing, fittings, valves and tools specified for the pressure class. Do not assume general ASTM A269 tubing or an ordinary compression fitting can replace that system.
